Más Italian Taste — Restaurant in Rome

Got off to a bad start with drinks served in a dirty glass, not just a mark or smudge, the whole side was splattered with what looked like coffee.

After getting a new glass, we went on to eat our meal, which was okay, but extremely overpriced for the portion size.

But then we saw something that absolutely turned our stomachs.

The person sitting next to us was halfway through eating his pizza when, as he cut another piece, the pizza flipped over and the underside was covered in mould.

Not a small patch, it was extensive, like a “find the parts that aren’t mouldy” situation.

The poor guy had already eaten half of it.

The staff quickly took away both his and his companion’s plates before anyone could check further.

It left us horrified and questioning what we had just eaten.

Truly disgusting and worrying from a food safety...

Very cozy and lovely place right in center of Rome - surrounded by many historical places, but on very calm street between. Took out attention and would stay like wonderful memory. We tried all courses and every dish was filled with love and taste of amazing Italian products, meat and pasta are incredible, with original Italian vine… after dessert soaked in lemon syrup with rom… hard keep myself - must try it you are here Also wanted to mention very calm interior with good taste and calm colors, very comfortable seats and another about service. Very friendly and kind personal, like to see when team is helping and supporting each other.

Is you are in Rome, don’t think about came here at least for one evening to have a good memory

We had dinner at Mas Italian Taste tonight and it was the worst experience we’ve had in Italy. We were seated straight away but waited 15minutes to be given a menu. We only recieved a menu because the table next to us gave one to us. Once we ordered it was a 1hr wait for our food. During our wait we saw multiple people get up to leave as their food was taking too long, only to be yelled at by the waiter. We ordered the Carbonara, Veal and Broccoli however they ran out of Broccoli. Once we got our food everything was extremely salty. We will not be coming back it was very...
