Da Cicero is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Rome, offering an authentic Italian dining experience that is both delightful and memorable. From the moment you step into this Pinseria and Wine Bar, you are greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for an exceptional culinary journey.
The highlight of Da Cicero is undoubtedly their Pinsa, a traditional Roman-style pizza that is a testament to their dedication to quality and tradition. The dough is perfectly light and airy, with just the right amount of crispiness, creating a delightful texture that pairs wonderfully with the fresh, high-quality ingredients they use for their toppings. Each bite is a harmonious blend of flavors, whether you choose a classic Margherita or one of their more creative options.
In addition to the Pinsa, the wine selection at Da Cicero is truly impressive. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their wines and are more than happy to recommend pairings that perfectly complement your meal. Their selection includes both local and international wines, ensuring there is something to satisfy every palate.
What truly sets Da Cicero apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff are attentive, friendly, and passionate about providing a top-notch dining experience. They go out of their way to make you feel like a valued guest, whether you're a regular or visiting for the first time. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a perfect balance of modern elegance and traditional charm. It's an ideal spot for a romantic dinner, a casual meal with friends, or even a solo outing to enjoy some of the best Pinsa Rome has to offer.
Da Cicero's location on Via Poli is convenient and easy to find, making it a great choice for both locals and tourists looking to experience authentic Roman cuisine in a relaxed setting. Their commitment to quality, from the ingredients to the service, is evident in every aspect of the experience.

Me and my husband were excited to try Da Cicero, which was listed as the 2nd best restaurant in Rome on TripAdvisor.
We made a reservation well in advance, but we still had to wait for a table outside.
The table was wobbly, so we tried to move it slightly to make it more stable. The manager was incredibly rude and told us that we couldn't move the table even a centimeter without permission.
When we left, we noticed that our bag, which had been hanging on the back of the chair, had been stolen. We reported this to the manager, but she said that there was nothing she could do about it. The chair was positioned in a way that only the restaurant staff had access to it. We were not offered any assistance and were basically dismissed from the restaurant.
My takeways: This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The service was terrible, the manager was incredibly rude, and our bag was stolen. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
If you like to try on your own then make sure to double your attention and be prepared for rude and unhelpful staff from...
