McDonald's Roma Piazzale Flaminio — Restaurant in Rome

Went for lunch and sat upstairs, difficult to find seating. Ordered on the machines but as I ordered some McCafe food also I had to collect twice. It wasn't very clear that they were separate so struggled to find the mccafe. It was downstairs and so I went and collected my order and began carrying my coffees up the stairs. There looked to be a lift but it seemed very odd and it wasn't clear if it was for customer use. Therefore I went up the stairs, about halfway up, focusing on the tray I tripped and fell. Smashing the cups and all the pastries. The staff member who eventually came to help was kind but I lost all my lunch and was very shaken. The stairs seemed a little tall when I first went in but I thought nothing of it, especially as I'd just climbed the St Peters Basilica dome and the colosseum stairs. I went and cleaned up and left quickly. I was not offered any assistance really and was not offered any replacements. It was an accident but could have easily ended worse. Also, NO...

I'm giving one star because of the service. Worst McDonald's ever as of service. It was 3 PM today and I ordered ONE chocolate milkshake. I pay my order and fall in line. My number was called after 2 minutes, ok so I move forward, but then I had to wait 7 minutes because they forgot my order, I went to the counter and asked about it and the guy goes at the back and gets the order, it had been sitting on the counter all the 7 minutes. ITS NOT FOR THE TIME ITSELF BUT FOR THE SERVICE I MEAN THE FILIPINO GUY THAT WAS CALLING THE ORDER NUMBERS WAS ALL ABOUT SERVING HIS COLLEAGUE THAT CAME FOR LUNCH AS SHE ASKED FOR EXTRA FRIES IN TAGALOG SO THAT WE COULDN'TUNDERSTAND (OR SO SHE THOUGHT), NOT COMPLAINING AS WORKERS THERE THEY HAVE ALL THE RIGHT TO EAT HOW MUCH THEY WANT BUT I MEAN DO YOUR JOB WELL ATLEAST. Cassiera antipatici sima c'era tantissima gente e al mac caffè non mi hanno dato un gelado perché ci sto mele avevano sempre davanti gelati E mi hanno detto di andare sopra per me è una cosa sconcertante e anti sociale sinceramente quella cassiera andrebbe solo licenziata ho messo una stella perché di meno non si poteva mettere Questa è una cosa inaccettabile spero che vengano prese Soluzioni formative perché ho dovuto fare più di un ora zia attesa quando al mac caffè non c'era nemmeno una persona a parte quella cassiera che secondo me andrebbe sono licenziata io No no e non ho avuto voglia di fare 1 ora di per prendere un cono te sinceramente Nessuno la stata la fame quindi rivoglio indietro almeno il 4 triplo della cifra che ho pagato perché io guadagno chiudi 70 EUR Allora e voi avete tradito la mia fiducia verso il mac ti faceva sempre il c'era di velocemente che ho già pagato e ho dovuto fare più di 1 ora di fila questo per me in scorci in come già dicevo per andrebbe solo che licenziata questa cassiere E se questa storia della macchina dei gelati rotta veramente Secondo andrebbe solo chiuso quel mcdonald's perché non si può sopravvivere senza una macchina del gelato al piano di sotto quindi richiedo al personale io sottoscritto di provvedere e di aiutare a realizzare questa richiesta fatta da un cliente che ogni giorno ma ogni singolo giorno Pure più di una volta al giorno va al mcdonald's Roma piazzale flaminio come il zucchero jovanotti Pino Daniele gli ho detto prima Vabbè quindi commerciali ho detto prima caro pino Daniele io la trovo una cosa antifrode orello antigienica anti salutare e soprattutto a diseducativa nei rispetti dei giovani ogni giorno è più di una volta al giorno vanno in questo mcdonald's roma piazzale flaminio beh quindi diciamo che ci sono stati degli errori di ortografia perché sto scrivendo con un Inserimento vocale perché non ho tempo da perdere fiducia Per questo le cose le ripetute più volte quindi spero che questa recensione è stata utile per migliorare e incrementare la forza di questo mcdonald's a piazzare clamidia quindi la saluto con un caloroso arrivederci a mai più io non ci andrò mai più in questo mcdonald's soprattutto destinato costruiremo i 30 quando a Roma Piazzale delle margherite costa solo 1 EUR quindi...
