Only 6 months old and making a big impression in Rome. Make a reservation if you're going for dinner, and be forewarned, costs add up quickly! Each table has a QR code for free wifi, and a QR code for the menu/order system, which shows you the total in real time before you send the order to the kitchen. There is an onsite butcher who slices the meat, and servers deliver the cooking element, hot pot ingredients, and drinks to your table. Choose your broth (mild, medium, or spicy) veg and proteins. Lovely mushrooms, dumplings (ravioli), lamb, and pork, and the mixed meatballs were a surprise hit! We were not fans of the bamboo shoots, which remained tough despite cooking for a long time, and the beef was bland. Also serve yourself at the salsa/sauce station, where you can mix as many ingredients as you like (everything from soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin, oyster sauce, garlic oil, chili oil, green onions, rice vinegar, etc.). I really enjoyed this place! There’s not very many hot pot places in Rome so this was a nice break if you’re missing Asian food. Authentic flavor and they have a sauce bar with standard sauces that one might want for hotpot.
