THE WHOLE RESTAURANT IS A SCAM DON'T GO THERE! We went into the restaurant because we saw there were 5 euro drinks written outside the bar on the board, we ordered a bottle of wine they asked us if we wanted to have some bread with it we said yes. THEY BROUGHT A FULL FREAKING PLATTER OF MEAT AND CHEESE AND BRUSHETTA. We were shocked because we asked for bread not this. And mind you my friends are freaking vegetarian who don't like letting food go to waste. As soon as we started eating the waiter gave us a smirk like he already won or something. I wasn't even gonna eat but my friends erged me to eat the meat cuz they couldn't. We were discussing if we had been trapped over this course of meal that we didn't ask for and how much we should pay. Then I asked the waiter how much was the platter he said sixteen. We sighed in relief then he came back to our table and said it's 16 for one part of the platter, since you ate all of it (I touched one slice of meat and they had some cheese.) The price was more expensive he said. So we asked for the total and it was 55 euro including the bottle of wine which was only 16. We finished our drinks, left the rest of this expensive platter untouched then told them we were discussing and could only pay for 40 which was more than enough for this meal and left.

BUT I LEFT the leather purse I bought for my mom there because we left in such a hurry. I went back to find the restaurant however we didn't remember the name and since their reputation is so bad it wasn't really showing up on Google map when you wrote restaurant. I tried to retrace our steps and after an hour I finally found it and I asked if they saw my bag of things, the guy who looked like an owner asked me why I didn't pay that 15 euros, I explained myself to him and he told me to go away. I evend told him if you can help me find the purse I'd pay that 15 euros. But he just kept telling me to go. One waiter said the two girls sat at the same table after us said it was theirs which could've been a lie but this is Rome so who knows.

If I could give zero star I would. Avoid this restaurant...

When we paid our bill, the waiter asked for tips. We were totally caught off guard. Service was minimal, food was ok. We are from California, USA and tips up to 22% is common but only for excellent service. But this pizzeria is none of that. Our bill was 21.5€. He asked for 5€ (a whopping 23% !!!) tips. We said no and offered total of 24€. He said 25. We just laughed but had no interest in arguing with him and paid 25€.

And none of the waiters said “thank you” to us (Italian or English) as we were passing them leaving. So therefore 1 star review.

Today November 6 we had a pizza, cup of beer and a bottle of Coke. Pizza is just ok with not much ham (diced) and mushroom, quite basic. The total bill was 21.5€. Service was minimal. Waiter came to take order. Knowing I order a coke, the waiter took away our 2 cups. So when the Coke came I had to ask for a cup. Lol.

The WC downstairs had the wrong signs at the toilet doors. The “women” door is actually for man only and vise versa. I told the guy we paid our bill to. He acted very surprised. I told him to go down and see. He never did as we...

We came for a nice dinner. The waiter Emmir understood that we were Turkish and started talking to us about the people who died in Albania. He said, “Do you know how 7 million people died, huh?” and kept talking. If he is really interested in history, he should read some books. This was really ridiculous and spoiled our fun. Do not employ such vulgar people in tourism. Give your staff the necessary warning. Our whole night was ruined because of this ridiculous person.

Turks have never killed 7 million Albanians. Such an event never happened — not during the Ottoman Empire, nor in the history of the Republic of Turkey. These kinds of claims are either made without knowledge or spread on purpose to create conflict between people. The total population of Albania has never been 7 million at any point in history. Even today, the total number of ethnic Albanians around the world is around 6 to 7 million. That’s why this number is historically, logically, and demographically impossible.

This was never a topic for tonight, but because of the bad service and staff, you have to receive...

The evening unfolded with a truffle bruschetta, which, while flavorful, was presented in a manner not quite meeting expectations, teetering on the cusp of culinary casualness. The ravioli, however, steered the experience back with its rich and satisfying palate presence. A surprisingly affordable lobster spaghetti, featuring a generous half lobster and well-cooked pasta, emerged as the unexpected hero at a mere €24. Unfortunately, the tiramisu at €6, while reasonably priced, faltered in its execution, with the boudoir lacking the anticipated lush coffee soak, mildly tempering the sweetness of an otherwise delightful Roman dining experience. While the service was amiable and created a warm dining atmosphere, it lacked a certain meticulousness that one might expect when indulging in a Roman culinary adventure. A keen eye for detail in service delivery seemed somewhat absent, gently muddling the harmony of an otherwise nuanced dining experience at this establishment. Very nice atmosphere in roman streets.

If you’re going to Rome and you’re looking for a nice comfortable place that serves really good food and the customer service is great, this is the place for you. Our host Ermir was very professional, friendly, and helpful. There are tons of online recommendations that tell you certain places don’t serve authentic Italian and try to rail road you into specific establishments. It’s overwhelming sometimes to decide on where to go. We tried a couple of these places and the staff were inattentive and the food wasn’t impressive. I personally don’t care when they say one place is authentic or another isn’t. To me good food is good food Asha my taste buds decide. My daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo, I ordered the lasagna and my other daughter ordered gnocchi and all three were delicious. The cost to dine here is trainable and I highly recommend this place.
