We were visiting Rome from USA and visited Venchi chocolate store and we had an outstanding customer service experience! The employees were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also went out of their way to make sure that I had a fun and enjoyable time while I was there.

The employees were knowledgeable about the different types of chocolate that Venchi offers and were more than happy to answer any questions that I had. They even offered me samples of some of their best-selling chocolates, which I thought was a great touch. It really helped me to make an informed decision on what to purchase.

What really stood out to me was how personable and friendly the employees were. They were all very engaging and made me feel like a valued customer. They even shared some interesting stories about the history of Venchi, which added to the overall experience.

16 euros for two ice creams, a bit disappointing, it seems that there is not much difference between medium and large. I chose the big version but they struggled to put that ice cream as if it was endangered and was the last place on earth where you could eat ice cream. I think a box full of ice cream is enough for them all day. Get an idea, I stayed somewhere for 10-15 minutes to get one, that means a lot of people, so they somehow struggle to get it all ice cream to everyone. I don't understand why in Rome everything is expensive and false. They practically lie to you directly without any restraint, everyone shows up to be the best ice cream , the best pizza, etc..but it's not like that.

They selling something that isn't delicious, but they have beautiful marketing which is at a high level. I'm sorry for those who leave 5 star reviews, but it's not worth it! If you went to Naples at least and found out that ice cream is much better and much cheaper, you wouldn't believe it. With 3.5 euros you eat a double version of what you get here, and you don't pay anything for...
