Read moreAt first walking into the restaurant, everything looked beautiful. However, the head/waiter initially guided us to the table was overly friendly to my girlfriend and started being rude towards me. He snapped a bottle of water, while I was pouring it into a glass out of my hand. He served my girlfriend's main dish first while we are waiting for the starters. Then, halfway through starters without us finishing it he placed my mains, which was undercooked not al dente but hard pasta, he pushed the plate in front of me then ran off… My girlfriend had just finished her meal and I was literally still eating my meal and with the food halfway from the plate to my mouth when another waitress came over to our table and grabbed my mixed salad bowl which still had salad in it, she grabbed it from underneath my fork while I was still eating. What surprise me the most was she didn’t even ask. She just came up to the table and grabbed it and ran. We waited 25 more minutes and nobody came to even check on us and the dirty plates were left there in front of us. My grandmother always said you can tell a place by its bathrooms and I should’ve gone in here, so first the locks were broken. The toilet seat was hanging off and the floor was wet and the bathroom smells of pee and other awful smells. Could not wait to get out of there. When we got up to leave our table, I stood at the till for another five minutes waiting to pay the bill but nobody came. I had to call someone over and they waved their hands at me several times. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The service was appalling. The bathrooms were disgusting and the food was uncooked. And they still had the audacity to...
Read moreMy child felt sick and urgently needed to find a bathroom. We entered the nearest public place, this restaurant. There was no one at the entrance to ask, so we walked deeper into the establishment and found the restroom. My child entered the restroom, which was open and had no sign indicating it was for guests only. I went outside to send our location to the rest of the family since there was no signal inside. When I returned a minute later to get my son, a large man, the restaurant manager, was standing at the entrance and blocked my way to the restroom, saying that the restroom was only for guests. I explained that my sick child was inside and that I needed to get him, and I offered to pay for using the restroom. But he refused to let me in and called another women manager. I started to worry about my son, who wasn’t coming out, and told them I needed to get him and didn’t have time to buy anything. I asked how much the restroom cost, but they shouted at me, saying this wasn’t my home and that I had to leave, claiming the restroom cost 10 euros. I took out 20 euros from my wallet and tried to give it to the man, but he refused and still wouldn’t let me go to my child. I said I would call the police for kidnapping my child, to which they responded that they didn’t care and that I had to leave. Finally, my son barely crawled out of the restroom. I left 30 euros on the sink, took my child, and left. Working for a leading IT company, have been all over the world, but have never encountered such disgraceful, abusing attitude anywhere...
