"Nestled in the heart of Rome, this enchanting restaurant captivated my senses from the moment I stepped through its doors. The charming ambiance, reminiscent of a cozy trattoria tucked away on a quiet cobblestone street, instantly transported me to a bygone era of Italian hospitality and culinary excellence. The restaurant's rustic yet elegant, flickering candlelight, exuded warmth and character, creating an intimate setting that felt both nostalgic and inviting. As I settled into my seat, I couldn't help but admire the attention to detail that had been poured into every aspect of the dining experience. From the friendly greeting of the staff it was clear that this was a place where passion and tradition converged to create something truly special. The menu, inspired by classic Roman cuisine with a modern twist, offered a tantalizing selection of seasonal ingredients and regional specialties, each dish a testament to the chef's culinary prowess and dedication to quality. Every bite was a symphony of flavours. Each dish was expertly executed, showcasing the freshest ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques that have been passed down through generations. As I savored my meal, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for stumbling upon such a hidden gem in the bustling streets of Rome. The combination of exquisite food, charming ambiance, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable dining experience that I will cherish for years to come. In a city known for its culinary prowess, this restaurant truly stands out as a shining example of Italian hospitality at its finest. Whether you're a local seeking a taste of nostalgia or a visitor eager to immerse yourself in the flavors of Rome, this charming establishment is sure to leave a lasting impression. Molte grazie for an unforgettable evening!"

At first walking into the restaurant, everything looked beautiful. However, the head/waiter initially guided us to the table was overly friendly to my girlfriend and started being rude towards me. He snapped a bottle of water, while I was pouring it into a glass out of my hand. He served my girlfriend's main dish first while we are waiting for the starters. Then, halfway through starters without us finishing it he placed my mains, which was undercooked not al dente but hard pasta, he pushed the plate in front of me then ran off… My girlfriend had just finished her meal and I was literally still eating my meal and with the food halfway from the plate to my mouth when another waitress came over to our table and grabbed my mixed salad bowl which still had salad in it, she grabbed it from underneath my fork while I was still eating. What surprise me the most was she didn’t even ask. She just came up to the table and grabbed it and ran. We waited 25 more minutes and nobody came to even check on us and the dirty plates were left there in front of us. My grandmother always said you can tell a place by its bathrooms and I should’ve gone in here, so first the locks were broken. The toilet seat was hanging off and the floor was wet and the bathroom smells of pee and other awful smells. Could not wait to get out of there. When we got up to leave our table, I stood at the till for another five minutes waiting to pay the bill but nobody came. I had to call someone over and they waved their hands at me several times. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The service was appalling. The bathrooms were disgusting and the food was uncooked. And they still had the audacity to charge us €66

A TERRIBLE dining experience ever in the world! When we order 1 bottle of large juice( the menu said it should be 500ml), but the actual one is no more than 250ml lol). When we ask the staff about this, obviously the staff don’t understand English or what we saying, he said “wait wait, find another people”. Then he bring us one more juice, we just simply thought he have talked the colleague and this is the one to correct their own mistake. However, when we pay the bill, the juice is charged for twice. And more importantly, the price on the menu is €8 for each, however, the price on the receipt is €8.5 for each lol. What a coincidence!! When we friendly talk to the staff, they said the glass is over 600ml, but obviously not, just as shown in the image. Then the manger came over, with terrible communication skills and the rudest attitude never ever meet - he shouted to us and knocked the table with anger, stoped what we were saying, turning around and walking away!!!!!🤬🤬 We don’t need the restaurant to please all the customers or please us, but, plz get enough training for your staff, especially the manager🙄!!!! Teach him the correct way to talk to the customer in a proper/polite way.

My child felt sick and urgently needed to find a bathroom. We entered the nearest public place, this restaurant. There was no one at the entrance to ask, so we walked deeper into the establishment and found the restroom. My child entered the restroom, which was open and had no sign indicating it was for guests only. I went outside to send our location to the rest of the family since there was no signal inside. When I returned a minute later to get my son, a large man, the restaurant manager, was standing at the entrance and blocked my way to the restroom, saying that the restroom was only for guests. I explained that my sick child was inside and that I needed to get him, and I offered to pay for using the restroom. But he refused to let me in and called another women manager. I started to worry about my son, who wasn’t coming out, and told them I needed to get him and didn’t have time to buy anything. I asked how much the restroom cost, but they shouted at me, saying this wasn’t my home and that I had to leave, claiming the restroom cost 10 euros. I took out 20 euros from my wallet and tried to give it to the man, but he refused and still wouldn’t let me go to my child. I said I would call the police for kidnapping my child, to which they responded that they didn’t care and that I had to leave. Finally, my son barely crawled out of the restroom. I left 30 euros on the sink, took my child, and left. Working for a leading IT company, have been all over the world, but have never encountered such disgraceful, abusing attitude anywhere...
