Starbucks - Montecitorio — Restaurant in Rome

The worst service among all the other starbucks branches in Rome. I am a regular here not by choice I'd happily make but due to my work nearby - which means usually it's the morning time where there are less customers. And yet, all the staff look ever so exhausted and are not pleasant at all. One of them knows I am a regular and somehow chose not to even say 'thank you' particularly to me (I know she can, to others), I am the only one saying thanks at the end of orders. There is only one lady that recently seems to have joined the crew, who was by far the kindest and wisest in processing the orders. I know working here can be draining - can't even imagine how many tourists they'd get each day - but with a bit of a smile and some nice attitude might actually lighten everyone's mood. For your own sake! There are other small cafe's near Piazza Colonna or hiding in the alleyways, in which for sure you can enjoy still a nice cup of coffee (or better!) with...

Cute location, you just have to be patient with the line and the staff is really kind! (THANK YOU VERONICA♡) People who complain about the long line clearly don't know that this exact location is the first Starbucks that opened in Rome & yes there are actually a lot of locals that never tried it before. Therefore a lot of people are curious to try their stuff plus some tourists that are maybe missing a piece of their home. I ordered x2 tall coffees and the waiter made me pay the VENTI ONES! Then I noticed that many people ordering tall coffees actually paid the VENTI ONES! IF THIS IS STARBUCKS POLICY TO SCAM PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY THEN YOU WILL GET SUED!

I left both my VENTI COFFEES there and went away, I also live on top of this scam center. We live in Italy and this is a scamming business model.
