Waitress didnt understand English and we have very limited Italian but we made it work. Food was actually good. Other staff apart from the 1st Waitress were more interested in singing happy birthday to a large party at the back of the restaurant. 1 drink was forgotten. When it came to the bill we were charged wrongly. Only 4 euros but was to embarrassed to mention. Card machine would not accept our card that we had been using the whole holiday and i didnt have enough cash to cover it. Used the same card less than 5 minutes later and it worked. The restaurant was very stuffy and unpleasant. The staff does not understand English and does not care about the customers. No customer ethics whatsoever. The atmosphere is very unpleasant. The staff forgot about us and we waited for two pizzas for about 40 minutes. The pizzas looked like soup, not pizza. They were very untasty. Sono capitata in questo ristorante per caso, perché era pieno dappertutto e quindi è stato l'unico posto in cui ho avuto la possibilità di prenotare un tavolo per due. L'idea, visionando il menù era quella di mangiare un secondo. Ho chiesto alla cameriera di avere la carne ben cotta, prima mi ha detto che il cuoco l'avrebbe fatta come io volevo, dopo un secondo mi ha detto che anche se la chiedevo ben cotta lui avrebbe fatto di testa sua. Abbandoniamo idea carne e prendiamo un primo. Alla mia amica paccheri(7) con pomodoro, stracciatella(un filo) e basilico(pesto), molto al dente(crudi), io linguine alle zucchine. Per essere un ristorante napoletano, a livello di sapori niente di eccezionale. Avevo letto una recensione in cui era specificato che decide tutto la cameriera, vero(che poi è una dei proprietari). Da bere abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia d'acqua e ne ha portato due. La cosa che non mi ha infastidito è stato il conto, perché mi ha portato uno scontrino con il totale, senza il dettaglio di cosa avevamo preso. Ho fatto i calcoli ed era segnato una cosa in più.
