The gianduia gelato was the best! Pieces of hazelnut on it. Coconut was great as well, some coconut flakes. Coffee was great, very coffy. Loved it. Pistachio was good. Nothing exceptional. The attendant was so nice and smiley! She was great! Deffo gonna have another one! Lol

We already knew Alberto Marchetti from Asti and therefore also went there in Turin. My husband chose milk & nocciolata & strawberry, I had apricot, raspberry and coconut - all again indescribably delicious, I couldn't say which variety was best! Clear recommendation!

A good place to score a very good ice cream. I was here with my girlfriend and we both think it is delicious ice cream. The employees are very nice and the process to get an ice cream is very streamlined. Superb!

Today we hosted two Ukrainian friends (a mother and her son) seeking refuge from the war for a day in Torino. A day which must include Gelato. Unfortunately the staff at this location of GROM were SO rude to them. I don't know if the server was having a very bad day, but she was very impatient when taking our order and when our friend required some extra help to understand something. It felt as if we were disrupting them by being a customer and they'd prefer we not visit again. I am sorry... but GROM needs more than tasty gelato to keep us as a customer. This favorite gelateria will not be visited again because it embarrassed me for our guests to be treated this way. (Our visit was at 4:00pm...

At first a very grumpy staff member. Really bad service, ordered 2 latte macchiatos got 2 completely different cups. One was not even half full and the other was kind of normal. Both cups placed on a saucer which completely did not fit, the cups were dancing on the saucers as we picked them up it being a wonder they did not end on the floor.. The staff member just walked off paying no attention to...

I recommend to try their hazelnuts hot chocolate in the winter ( mamma mia) and granita in summer(meh). They change Menu seasonal and always keep the good quality. Its true that they are chain but way better than many gelateria in the city. Here is a crowd location and accessible. Great place to take a bit of rest if you are passing by...
