Burger King — Restaurant in Venice

By far the worst burger king I've ever been to, terrible service... We went to this burger king and ordered from those machines, we paid and to our amazement the order paper didn't come out, we went to talk to the employee and said that the order paper didn't come out to which she started laughing and making fun of the situation but asked what we ordered and we said so, the employee spoke in a way that sounded like she was making fun of us and laughing all the time, then it took her about 30 minutes to make 2 burgers and she was always talking to her colleague and looking at us as if she was making fun of us and she was always very slow, there were more than 20 burgers already made and she wasn't serving the customers, after so long she served the burgers to us. ... it was full of people complaining that the paper for their order hadn't come out of the machine and at no time did the staff go to put any paper in or put anything in to say that the machines weren't printing the paper and the customers were there simply not knowing what to do because no paper was coming out of the machine and the staff didn't want to know and were there laughing, I've never seen anything like this in so many times I've been to burger king, worst experience ever in...

At least disgusting. I don’t know where to start from. Although I am a huuuge fan of Burger King that was absolutely horrible and I totally regret going there. The tables and the floor were dirty. Rubbish, papers, food everything on the floor and the staff didn’t even clean it up a bit. Not to mention the toilet, I went to wash my hands and I felt them dirtier than before. The food not good. I can’t even understand what they did with the Fanta and the Coca Cola. I think they poured water in them in order to use fewer softy drink. It felt like drinking a Fanta I had opened a week ago.They didn’t even have a cap on top of the glass. And the floor, it was so sticky from dirt that our shoes stocked down all the time. There are many better Burger King stores around Europe and I think that one store should take example of them. Absolutely horrible and...

Won’t accept American CDC Covid immunization cards. While we were trying to work this out, other customers kid touched our trays of food while they were being prepared. We asked them for new orders. We showed them the Italian decree stating our US CDC card is equal but they told us they couldn’t accept them. We asked for a refund. They refused to give us a refund. While we are talking to a manager the same customer stood right over our food. Same little kiddo reaching over touching everything on the trays. We showed the manager. He asked them to restart our order. Worker yells, I’ve already replaced their drinks once. I wanted to leave. I wanted a refund. Instead we were told to sit outside on dirty tables with an overflowing trash can right next to the table. Pigeons everywhere. Paying 80€ to fight pigeons off my food is...
