I ordered the toro gatsuo and the fugu sashimi. Both were really good. The toro gatsuo was rich and slightly smoky, very tender and full of flavor. The fugu sashimi was sliced thin and super fresh, with a clean, delicate taste.
I liked how different the textures were—one bold and fatty, the other light and refined. The ponzu sauce paired perfectly with both.
