This place is rude to tourists. (Korean, Women, Single Guests)

It is open at 5:00, but I asked if I could come in at 4:55 and sat down on the wall. Two male employees were talking, but they didn't come to receive the order. I only had guests, but I waited because the official opening time was 5 p.m. They didn't accept my order until after five o'clock. So I ordered a menu that I had been looking up to order. (But I was talking about what was so funny when I took my order and prepared my food. Somehow I felt bad.)

As the food I ordered came out, I took some pictures and looked closely at the food looked strange.

あまりにも接客態度が酷かったので初めてクチコミを投稿します。 夕方の6時半に予約を取って行きましたが、席が確保されておらず｢お好きな席にどうぞ｣と案内されました。(席がガラガラだったかもしれないですが) ｢お通しです｣などの声掛けもなく無言で枝豆を置かれ、その後も｢こちら○○になります｣など品名の紹介もなく無言で頼んだ料理が置かれていき食べ終わったお皿を下げる時も一言も声掛けもなくどんどん下げられていきます。 肝心の料理の味は美味しいですが、値段の割には量が少ないです。 ミニ鉄火丼を頼みましたが、中盛りご飯に刺身が数切れ乗ってるだけでとにかく見栄えが悪い。 あと、この日は小雨が降っていて傘を持っていたのですが傘立てがなかったので座席に立てかけてたところ後から来た常連客っぽい人の傘だけ預かってて客によって接客態度を変える店なんだなとドン引きしました。 お会計はお酒をあまり飲まず2人で7500円ほどで普通の居酒屋よりちょっと高いのに満足感はあまりありませんでした。 paypayも使えますが直接席に金額を言いに来るので危うく気付かないところでした。 マグロが好きなので行きましたが、これならチェーン店の回転寿司に行った方がまだ満足できたかもしれません。 料理の味は美味しいの...

日曜の昼に利用。 商品は良い。 店内若いお兄ちゃんのワンオペ 入店時、気づいていないのか、「いらっしゃい」の一言もないため、「二人です」と言ったら、顔を上げて、「はい」と一言。

会計時二人で6000円弱でクレジットカードを出すも「カードの機械が壊れてて・・（使えないの意味）」

昼だけ機械が壊れる店あるしなぁw ワンオペで面倒だからかな？と思いつつ連れもいたし、なんか言うのも面倒だから現金で支払った。

・カードの機械が壊れているなら、入店時に判るように張り紙すべきでは？ ・カード端末のネットワーク障害だったら、ゲートウエイ会社を教えて欲しいなぁ。（問い合わせるから） ・昼だからとか、面倒だからと言うなら加盟店規則違反だよね？ ・食べ終わって会計時に「クレジットカードが使えない」という店には会社関係の人は連れていけないなぁ。 （6000円くらいだったから手持ちが有ったけど、普段から現金使う生活していないから財布にあまり現金入っていないし日曜なんか特に手持ちがない。大人数で行ってたらアウトだったね） ・なんにしろ、信用できない店なのは理解した。
