The soup is very thick and has a lot of fat from the pork, making it a very punchy ramen.🍜🐖 However, the aroma of pork bones is not that strong, so it is relatively easy to eat even for those who do not like the smell of pork bones. The noodles are thin and the hardness can be changed to your liking when you order. There is also a menu item called "kaedama" where you can change the noodles for an extra charge, so if you want to eat a full meal, you can order kaedama. I recommend that you use the leftover broth after you've had one refill and pour it over the rice with mentaiko (spicy cod roe) from the side menu, like risotto, for the...

Gansohakatadaruma is a must if you are in Fukuoka and love Ramen.

This ramen restaurant is located at JR Hakata Station (second floor).

The atmosphere here is great and has a good vibe to it. The decor is nice - perfect for eating ramen.

The staff are great here - very friendly and accommodating. Our order was delivered quickly.

The ramen soup base is tonkotsu and it was very good. The star of the ramen is the chashu - it was perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth.

You order your food from a vending machine.

I’ll be back here again soon for another delicious...
