Yamahide Kagoshima — Restaurant in Kagoshima

I've been trying Taiwan Mazesoba in different places: Akihabara, Kumamoto, Aira, and this one. The base is the same everywhere but in this case I really liked the egg's taste. It may sounds stupid but when I mixed it, the high quality taste of the egg made the dish more delicious. I don't know if it's just because of me or because they actually used a special egg, but personally this is the best mazesoba I've ever tried. Plus, the customer service is very legit. Very kind staff: we got rice without even asking, garlic so we could've put more according to our tastes, and a chocolate at the end. Very recommended!
