It looks like a typical ramen restaurant, with a couple of group tables in addition to seating around a central area. Upon entering, you order and pay at the push button machine, sit down then hand your ticket to the staff who will prepare your meal.
This ramen bar specialises in Yuzu Ramen, and I had the Yuzu Sio Ramen. The noodles were lightly chewy, and the broth was light yet complex and seemed less salty than a traditional ramen. The yuzu flavour was apparent but subtle and really worked with the light broth such that you could comfortably drink it. The char siu was soft, tender, the fat melted nicely in the mouth, and the char siu char flavour and seasoning gave delicious flavour. It makes for a great warmer weather or lighter meal.

Read moreThis place offers some tasty & innovative pork-based clear broth ramen! As the name suggests they are inspired by yuzu flavors, so they offer yuzu-shio or yuzu-shoyu. I recommend trying the yuzu-shoyu, the shoyu umami paired with the bright yuzu is a great combo. Shio-yuzu was delicious too, but not better.
The gyozas were crispy & juicy too, recommended as an add-on.
Ordering is by a ramen ticket machine, so tourists don’t need to worry about the availability of English menu.
