Had a fantastic evening at Yakiniku House Daishogun Kanazawa tonight. On arrival we were unsure we were at the right restaurant then were greeted by name by the very professional and welcoming restaurant manager. The building itself was beautifully designed and fitted out. We chose our dishes and loved them all, the local beef was outstanding and we enjoyed chatting and getting to know the manager throughout the meal.

Have been waiting to experience this type of dining here in Japan. I'm pleased that it was everything I hoped. We find the booths very private, we could talk about anything we liked. The food was fast and exceptional quality, I'm a farmer from Australia and I thought the beef was as good as I've seen for this type of food.
