川越の駅チカにあるスタバの中では、店員さんのレベルも高く、動線も良いのですが(川越駅の２店舗の動線が悪すぎるというのもあります)、総合的には良いですが、気になった点をいくつか書きます。

・本川越駅直結のため、おおよそ10分に一度、電車が到着すると、一気に混みます。 ・祝日は昼前〜夕方、混みます。まずは席の確保をおすすめします。 ・フードが先に出た場合、一旦、席においてからドリンクを取りに行かない方が良いです。掃除の水をお盆にかけられました(写真参照)。 ・8時〜9時台、店員さんが３人の時があります。お会計などでまごつかれる人がいると、一気に時間がかかりますので、急いでいる人は電車の中か駅前の信号待ちの時か駅前のローソンに着いたら、モバイルオーダーしたほうがいいです。 ・20時以降になると、...

【ホテル内にある…と言っても過言ではないかも】 2022/04/29 11時ごろ訪問 川越駅周辺のスタバを制覇しちゃおうと思い、行ってしまうことに 【行き方とか】 ・西武の川越駅すぐそばですね。とはいえ、pepe内にあるのではないです。プリンスホテルかな、pepeとは反対側にありますね。 ・看板出ているのですぐ変わるかと。 ・ただ、出入り口は駅側にしかないのでちょっと注意してください。 【店舗の雰囲気とか】 ・そんなに大きくないです。長机もありますが、だいたい30席くらいかな。 ・駅そばといこともあり、お客さんが絶えませんね。席利用率も高め。 ・イスは、エンジ色の昭和風ソファがあったりと、やはりホテルのラウンジ風。 【接客】 ・このお店に入るまでにカフェインガバガバ取ってしまっているので、デカフェを注文しましたが、10分くらいのところを5分くらいで持ってきてくれました。 ・10分もそもそも多めに見ているという点は分かってはいるのですが、やはり時間内に提供してもらえるというのはありがたいですね。
