Disappointed with our experience at Unir Kyoto shop today. Arrived at 7 am as per the opening time, but found three groups already there, seemingly hotel guests who got in earlier. This is very strange given that it is a facility within the hotel and all the other hotel staff has been so kind and helpful. There were hardly any customers sitting in the cafe so its not like we were occupying seats for paying customers. Just very un-empathetic in general....
