Wow. Unbelievable. Small place, but those are gold mines. I sat at the bar facing the cooks. Just enough room for my drink and some plates, kinda like a long bar. Very friendly, family oriented staff. All spoke pretty darn good English. Menu is in Thai, Japanese, and English. I got the pad Thai noodles and explained how spicy I wanted it. About 10 minutes later, cook nailed it. Perfect. I broke a sweat, which is how I rate my spicy dishes. But not so spicy that I couldn't finish my food. Spicy enough that I couldn't inhale it either and I could enjoy each bite. Perfect. I was looking through the menu for more and the waiter recommended some kind of spicy Thai sausage. That was served 10 minutes later. Perfect. Fried, spicy, some cucumbers and lettuce and what turned out to be some hot red peppers. I took my chances and tried just a small bite. Yes, very hot. Needless to say I required many water refills and they were on it. Excellent service, staff and food. Worst experience. Tried to order Green Curry but Japanese old male staff told me that today's menu is Red Curry. I agreed to try a Red Curry but came out a Red Curry rice. Normally Thai Green Curry and Red Curry served with the Curry Soup in the bowl not a Curry rice. I told him brought the wrong order but he told me he checked twice pointed at me that I made mistake. Haha. His attitude was really terrible. Also I showed him a picture of minced pork rice but he didn't actually understood minced. Orded two dishes but wasn't nice. One last thing alsl served a glass of water with cracked glass. It was horrible. Almost hurt my lip. Not only cracked edge half of the glass was cracked. one of the worst experience i’ve ever had in a restaurant. i am thai so this is very personal. upon arrival a staff i believe her name is ya said we have to order a food and drink each. i personally don’t agree with this rule but whatever okay. we ordered over 5 dishes between 5 of us, and my 2 friends ordered 2 drink each. i told her i would like a water please and she said no, that is not allowed you also need to order one drink as per the restaurants rule and brought out a piece of paper to show me. i told her per my doctors instruction im only allowed to drink water and cant have any alcoholic or soda beverages and if a water is okay. she replied “that’s not my problem”. i was in shocked and really wanted to leave the restaurant, but my friends really wanted thai food. as a hospitality staff myself (having worked various waitresses jobs, in thai and japanese restaurants) this is behaviour is not okay.

ตอนเข้าไปพี่พนักงานไทยคนที่ชื่อ ya รับ เสิร์ฟและรับออเดอร์โต๊ะหนูพวกหนูมากันสามคนและสั่งไปมากกว่าห้าจานมาแบ่งกันและเพื่อนเพื่อนก็สั่งน้ำดื่มสองแก้ว พี่เขาบอกว่าไม่ได้หนูต้องสั่งน้ำด้วยเพราะว่า ที่ร้านเค้ามีกฎว่าสำหรับหนึ่งคนต้องสั่งน้ำและอาหารคนละหนึ่งอย่าง หนูตอบไปว่าฮะหนูไม่เคยไปร้านอาหารที่เค้าบังคับต้องสั่งอย่างนั้นเลยพี่เค้าก็ไปเอากระดาษมาวางที่โต๊ะหนูเพื่อที่จะโช อะอะไรก็ได้เพืีอนหนูก็อยากกินอาหารไทยเราเลยยอมอยู่ตอ แต่พอดีหนู กินน้ำไม่ได้เพราะคุณหมอสั่งมาว่ากินได้แค่น้ำเปล่า ห้ามกินน้ำอื่นเด็ดขาด ช่วงนี้ แล้วเราก็สั่งอาหารไปเยอะกว่าคนหนึ่งจานขอได้ไหมคะพี่ พี่เค้าตอบหนูมาว่า “ ก็ช่วยไม่ได้อะค่ะ“ คือหน้าเราตกใจมาก พูดไม่ออกเลยค่ะ

เราก็เคยเป็นเด็กเสิร์ฟเหมือนกันไม่เคยพูดกับลูกค้าอย่างนี้มาก่อนเลยแล้วมารู้ว่าเค้าเป็น manager ของร้านด้วยคือตกใจมาก เราเคยเป็นเด็ก เสิร์ฟร้านอาหารไทยเหมือนกันไม่เคยพูดกับลูกค้าไม่ดีเลยแล้วมารู้ว่าเค้าเป็นหัวหน้าด้วยคือเสียใจมาก แย่มากๆมากๆ เลยคะ เรากัดฟันสั่งน้ำเรากัดฟันสั่งน้ำโซดา แล้วก็กินไปเพราะเสียดาย ทั้งทั้งที่หมอห้าม เรารู้สึกแย่รู้สึก pressure มาก ร้านควรมีวิธีที่ประนีประนอมกว่านี้หย่อนหย่อนให้ลูกค้า...
