Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsaibashi III — Local services in Osaka

This organization does not put customer service first! Long story short I made a reservation for Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsaibashi III, and cancelled less than 30min later ( literally like 15) cause my partner got the location mixed up. Tried to fix this with hotels and they were complete oblivious too it. Ii didn’t feel valued or supported with a request that was not even over 30, 60 or 90 min. It was less than 30. The response I got back from them was “the property has strict rules”. The property should have some compassion ( but hey there a business) but didn’t and it’s really a matter of having a moral compass from hotels.com and seeing this matter was legitimately made in error since I was trying to correct my mistake quickly after making it , to avoid not be charged $400.00 for cancelling the price for two nights. It’s our first time in Osaka, had few worries about the location of our hotel since our kids are small they can’t really walk far. But this location is Perfect, 2 nearby subway stations! We prefer the shinsaibashi subway since its easy to access most places we need to visit. Also near the shopping district, dotonbori too. The beds are big, rooms are clean!! Check in is also easy just make sure to check the step by step guide on pre-check in and check in ☺️ we arrived late in the night but the place feels safe! Thank you so much! Would book again...

First time trying out an apartment-style stay in Japan and gotta say this place is awesome. Room's got everything you need – kitchen area with all the cooking gear, a big fridge with freezer (perfect for stocking up on ice cream for ice cream lovers) and separate bathroom and restroom.
