We were reluctant at first upon reading some of the English review of the bar. But...BAR Who's has totally surpassed our expectation! Of all the venue we went during our stay in Osaka, BAR Who's was best bang for the buck.

When we arrived around 10:30, the bar was already packed with great vibe. The staff was very friendly to us providing excellent service and the environment was just right. We ordered 3 shishas (Double Apple/Grape/Orange) and they arrived in just a few minutes. All of them tasted great. :) Sang couple songs via Karaoke with the owner & staffs, and treated us very well.

We know we made a right decision as a venue of the first night in Osaka. Will definitely visit again whenever we visit Osaka! Great hospitality all around!!

P.S Thanks for providing several gourmet joints around Namba/Umeda area! We were able to experience a wonderful dining experience only the locals...

The bar itself was alright. But, there were several issues such as: extra costs (hidden costs), lack of options, subpar service, and finally, no menu for the drinks so you are essentially going in blind.

PS. Take note that paying by card has a 10% fee compared to paying by cash, and that deciding to leave after entering costs ¥500 per person, AND you have to get a drink to stay…

The owner/ server was also very drunk towards the end of our stay (which was amusing for a while but annoying at the end). All in all,...

Came here for Shisha since there were so many great reviews. We got there at 10:30pm & as soon as we walked in which was like 3 steps through the door, they shooed us away saying they are closed. No other information or anything & pretty much kicked us out. Definitely wasn’t expecting that. & there was a guy sleeping on the couch which was weird. Google maps said they open at 10pm so I don’t get why that happened. Def Killed our...
