We have been there half a year ago. I still cannot forget this horrible experience.
We have booked a table online. As we arrived they seated us in front of the sushi Chef. The first few courses came so fast we barely could eat in this pace. Meanwhile the Chef watched us with every bite we took which was uncomfortable, keep in mind that the first courses were not made by him (not sushi) but he still hovered over us. It wasnt our first time, were we ate by the counter but never were we watched this intense. The waitresses also watched us behind a half opened door? They also absolutely refused or tried to communicate with us. We got a fish head (give me at least the other half lol) as a course and in general it looked like they throwed it on the plate or fried up whatever they had left as if we wouldnt notice. The only ok thing was the sushi but at this time i felt like crying so that we refused for the rest of the courses and left. We paid for the whole menu of course. Wir sind extra hierher gekommen, weil Fleisch-Sushi angeboten wurde. Das Fleisch hat mir den Eindruck gemacht, dass es überhaupt kein Wagyu war. Das Fleisch war glibberig und nicht braun gebraten. Die Bestellung lief über eine Webseite, die leider nur bei einem von uns beiden funktionierte. Sonderwünsche waren daher nicht möglich. Ich würde jedem Menschen, der nach Treu und Glauben lebt, dringend von diesem Restaurant abraten.
It is a disgrace: we had to make a reservation even though the restaurant was empty. There was no check at all to see if we had really reserved. We came here especially because meat sushi was offered. The meat gave me the impression that it was not Wagyu at all. It was slimy and not seared brown. Ordering was done through a website, which unfortunately only worked for one of us. Special requests were therefore not possible. I would strongly advise anyone who values honesty and good faith to avoid this restaurant.
恥ずかしいことです。店内が空いていたのに予約をしなければなりませんでした。実際に予約していたかどうかも全く確認されませんでした。肉寿司が提供されていると聞いて、わざわざここに来ました。しかし、その肉は全く和牛ではない印象を受けました。肉はぬるぬるしていて、茶色に焼かれてもいませんでした。注文はウェブサイト経由でしたが、残念ながら二人のうち一人しか利用できませんでした。そのため特別なリクエストは不可能でした。誠実さと信義を大切にするすべての人に、この店は絶対にお勧めできません。
È una vergogna: abbiamo dovuto prenotare anche se il locale era vuoto. Non è stato minimamente controllato se avevamo davvero prenotato. Siamo venuti apposta perché veniva offerto il sushi di carne. La carne mi ha dato l’impressione che non fosse affatto Wagyu. Era viscida e non rosolata. L’ordinazione avveniva tramite un sito web che purtroppo funzionava solo per uno di noi due. Pertanto non era possibile fare richieste speciali. Sconsiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque agisca secondo buona fede.
