We called in here as offered some healthy options and was veggie friendly. We enjoyed the food it was fresh and tasty. Ordering though was over complicated particularly for tourists. The QR code takes you to a link to download an app which requires you to enter lots of info - it was painful. We persevered as we liked the look of the food but it needs to be easier. We then ended up waiting for a message to say the food was ready and because we were looking in the wrong place on the message app. we ended up with our food sitting waiting for 15+ mins. It needs to be easier to order it really does. Hence I have on scored 2...

Everything is overpriced and doesn't taste good. I've had a lot of Fish and Chips before this but this was the worst I've had. Fish was not fresh and frozen. The fish itself is hard to chew and honestly overpriced. I would pay ¥300 instead of ¥1,890 for this. I also ordered garlic shrimp. Only 5 pieces of average sized shrimp for ¥1,350 isn't worth it. Also note that this is a self-service restaurant as well so I wouldn't even give a star for the service. Never coming back again. The only thing good is the atmosphere. Not surprised if this restaurant...

We can stay here for very long time with one drink. But the quality of drink & food were not so good. A meal we ordered differ from the sample piacture.
