Visiting Tokyo is July and it’s painfully hot. So went to get cold soba. We had to wait 15 mins but there were waiting area with a bench outside. The soba noodle was little thicker than what I was used to in the states but so good. I’ve never had a creamy soba sauce but it was amazing. We ordered cold soft tofu and fried tofu. Both great. A small soba restaurant in a quiet street steps away from thr buzz of Yoyogi station. The place has a refined atmosphere, with lots of attention for detail - just have a look at the chopstick rests! They are so beautifully made, and if you like them they are also sold at the restaurant. The soba are absolutely delicious, and so is the tempura. For dessert shave ice 🍧 but different from the American the ice is very thin and I advise to take the one with honey ! I paid before hand to check if my foreign card worked and it did (visa).
