I hardly ever leave reviews, typically only when really impressed. However, I believe this “restaurant” needed a review. If you are vegan and in Tokyo, avoid at all costs. There are many other options available to you near by or just a quick train ride away.
Off the bat I was unimpressed when the waiter served me a water in a small cup and filled it only half way. The first two portions were a salad and a soup. Both underwhelming to say the least.
The “Main” course is what led me to write this review. It was tortilla chips (that were store bought probably, some stale chips even), fried chicken/nuggets that were still extremely oily, fake egg cake thing with ketchup, and lastly a “burrito”. Genuinely I have no idea what type of burrrito I ate but it was disgusting. They kept it wrapped in plastic and it was served cold. This hands down has to be worst meal I’ve ever tasted. I wasn’t hungry entering the restaurant but the food was so bad I was hungry after leaving.
TLDR: Overpriced restaurant that did not have good tasting food. Not worth it and you should go to...
Read moreThis was the biggest joke. The food was pretty expensive and incredibly bland. I asked myself what I did in life to deserve such a bad experience. First course- dry salad Second course- small bowl of soup. Literally did a double take when I saw the portion Third course- a burrito wrapped in PLASTIC. LIKELY PULLED OUT OF THE FRIDGE RIGHT BEFORE SERVING. There was also a little cake thing with store bought ketchup on top, and store bought tortilla chips on the side with 0 sauce. Dessert was three tiny coin-sized cookies. Literally.
I’m still hungry. Portions were small. There were also these super oily chicken nugget things with the dinner plate. I’m from NYC so maybe I have higher food standards, but I have had meals where there is not just flavor, but genuine love and care put into the food.

Read moreWe have been to all the Ain Soph and they have been all lovely EXCEPT for the Ginza branch. We were wanting to go there for dinner. They have a takeaway dessert on the 1st level and dinner in the upper levels there was a queue of people getting take away desserts so we told the staff at the counter we were here for dinner and she just told us to queue up. We had to queue up for 15 mins of people getting take away desserts and when it was our turn we were told we need to order before going up and we did and she told us a component of the set was sold out so I said what can you replace it with and she said no you can't order and my daughter was flipping the menu and the waitress snatched the menu from her hands and said sold out no more. Which I thought was very rude for a family that's just about to spend more than ¥25000 and had to wait 15 mins for this kind of service. Absolute...
