Nice spacious tea shop and house with limited seating. Not crowded when we visited, though there was a steady stream of customers. The sweets pairings were not anything to shout about, but the teas are excellent and you can try them before buying them from the shop. You get 2 steeps for the set with dessert - once brewed for you, and the second you brew yourself based on instructions given to you for your tea.
