Tokyo Biyori Hotel — Hotel in Tokyo

We had a confirmed booking through Agoda but could not check in because their check-in system did not recognize the reservation number from Agoda. None of their contact numbers could be reached at that time. I even used the pay phone just to connect to them but all I got was an IVR that spoke Japanese only. We went out to eat while waiting. When I had lost hope and was ready to try another hotel, someone messaged me through WhatsApp and helped. We were able to get in and use the room. We really the location. Very near to main areas in asakusa but still quieter being on the other side of the river. Room window overlooks the sumida where we also went for daily morning walks

Apartment was very clean and sufficient for 5 of us. Wished there was more hangers though
