This review is likely not indicative of the bar overall and is just my personal experience

The member of staff behind the bar was all over the place. They would come to start a conversation and one sentence in get distracted and walk off, just very erratic in general

I found the way they treated the other staff on shift really rude as well. They would snap at the new hire (first shift) over reasonable questions

This was a Wednesday, so it wasn't really that busy in the bar

Bar Propaganda in Roppongi is a decent, casual bar, popular with expats and locals, especially on weekends with DJs playing pop, hip-hop, and R&B. Happy hour offers reasonably priced drinks, and bartenders are reportedly friendly. It's a lively spot for meeting people and dancing, but not particularly unique or high-end. Used to be our favorite bar in Roppongi; great vibes, drinks and staff. However new owner/manager enjoys touching his patrons without their consent. Literally sneaks up behind you to kiss you on the face and hug you before you know it.
