If you’re a burger lover visiting Japan, this place is a must. They serve 100% Japanese Wagyu beef burgers that are on another level—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The patties are thick and rich, with that signature Wagyu melt-in-your-mouth texture, yet still have a satisfying char on the outside.

I tried The Hirokiya Burger and The Umami Tartar Teriyaki, and both were phenomenal. The Hirokiya is indulgent and savory, with a simple but perfect balance of cheese, onions, and sauce that lets the quality of the Wagyu shine. The Umami Tartar Teriyaki is unique—sweet, tangy teriyaki meets creamy tartar for a combination you don’t usually find in burgers, and it works beautifully.
