WORST SERVICE EVER! I rewrite the review that I wrote more than a year ago because this time I was really disappointed with the service provided (I put a screenshot below). There was no smile at all from all the staff. When I arrived I said for 5 people but when I entered the restaurant I was only given 4 chairs, when I asked how about 1 more person, the staff with a very unfriendly face gave me a chair while speaking Mandarin. I didn't understand what it meant but her facial expression was very annoying. When we were eating, she took the chili oil on my table. I thought she wanted to refill it but she put it on the kitchen table and didn't give it back to my table. Why? What was the reason?! We were still eating and still waiting for other orders that hadn't arrived. I ordered a lot of menus! Another problem, I was eating but one of the plates was taken by the staff without saying anything, FOOD STILL ON THE PLATE! We hadn't finished eating it yet! My family was very annoyed this time. When we finished eating and paid to the cashier, they said Arigato Gozaimasu rudely and WITHOUT A SMILE. at that time I wanted to convey criticism nicely, I used easy Japanese but they did not respond to my words. I repeated it in English, they said they could not speak English.

I have lived in Japan for a long time and often eat at restaurants. It's not that they didn't understand what I was talking about, but THEY DID NOT CARE about what I was talking about! How could there be a customer talking but she just looked away and cleaned the table without looking at the face of the person who was talking. People like that don't deserve to work in a restaurant especially in Japan which really pays attention to attitude and...

food: this is by far not the best ramen , idon't know if it is some variety... but i tasted other ramens ( halal ones ) they are far ahead in term of taste

service : when we entered ( first day in japan) the server charged running on us like we entered a military base or something , but we were rassured when she told us if you have resevation we answering no ,were asked to wait outside ( it was raining, no one queing behind us + there were enouugh space next to the cashier to wait there ) but no however i didn't want to ruin my friend's experience . when we were served , the server didn't smile . we didn't like the food as mentionned above

However : there were other "european" guests inside and as it seemed they were treated differently by the server

when leaving : we wanted to throw our trash in the restaurant's trash bin ;since there are none in tokyo ( as every one know) . the server told us not to . i...

A very regrettable experience. Everything started out nice but all of a sudden the servers started giving us dirty looks and I think gossiping about us in a different language (other patrons began giving us dirty looks too?) I thought it was due to my fiancee not finishing her bowl, so I asked for a takeaway container. As I asked, I got a very blunt response and more scowling from both servers. Even though they have containers for online orders?... After an incredibly long day of flights and boarding trains, this was a very negative experience. I was in a hurry to leave so much that I almost forgot to pay. Why did these ladies get so offended to the point of such a mood shift? Highly unprofessional behaviour. We pay for the food, we can eat as much or as little as we want. Not a good first...

They have an english menu that can be accessed by the QR codes on the table. The waitress also spoke english so that was great.I ordered hot and sour beef noodles and it was neither spicy nor sour. Did not look much different from their classic lanzhou beef noodles. For the price barely contained any beef pieces. Serving size was pretty big but they do not have take out for their noodle based dishes so leftovers go to waste, sadly.
