Dining Sai — Restaurant in Tokyo

Scam! Probably because i was a tourist. I only wanted a bibimbap which the menu stated at 1500 yens. I was with my partner so they said we needed to order at least one item per person for the privilege to be on that empty restaurant with sticky floors so I ordered a cola (stated at 500 yens). At the time to pay we were charged 3630 yens!! They justified this price by adding to the 2000, service costs (500 per person even though one person did not eat) and taxes.
