FRESHNESS BURGER Yoyogi — Restaurant in Tokyo

Update: I visited again and the speed of service was very much improved! And the onion rings were hot and fresh. I think my previous experience must have been an unusual day with new staff or unusually busy. The spacing of the tables and chairs is still not ideal, but I think part of the problem is the floor layout of the space allotted to the restaurant. Since the the service was fast and the food was tasty, I'm updating to 4 stars.

Original review (1 star): After ordering, it took 22 minutes to receive the meal (cheeseburger and onion rings). Sadly, the onion rings were served cold! So the meal and overall dining experience was very disappointing.

Also, there are too many tables and chairs (and they are poorly arranged). This makes it very difficult to enter and exit the seating area without disrupting the meals of other patrons. It also make it very difficult to make use of the condiments table and bathroom. And difficult to get napkins when needed.

This is a very cozy and clean store with great food and very friendly and quick staff! I really like the variance in drinks, because I often don't tolerate coffee/caffeine having the choice to take a nice tea or a strawberry milk is great! The staff speaks english very well and helps through the selection of the items. Also the option to swap patties for soy ones is great as a vegetarian option. Happened across this lunch spot and teen kids keen for a burger. Lovely fresh ingredients, in the burgers, lovely flavour options for everyone, and I loved the side of fried lotus root!
