I know people talk about the lousy service and all but that's never mattered to me, in fact the worse the service the better the food usually ends up tasting, it means they're not here to make you feel good they're just here to feed your bellies with some delicious delicious ramen. Straight up, their cha-shu was the tenderest, most delicately delicious cha-shu I had in all the ramen shops I've sampled. And I've sampled more than I care to admit. Moist, juicy, falls apart in your mouth-to-mouth I can't even really concentrate right now cuz I'm thinking about how good their cha-shu was. Let me put it this way, the last time I ate here was two years ago and I haven't forgotten it since and when I came back this time, it was as good as I remembered. Their noodles were chewy and flavourful, their broth rich and complex, their ingredients fresh and very obviously prepared from scratch, and best of all, they leave you alone the entire meal. No hassles. It was amazing. Do yourself a favour and get the machine-gun style tsukumen. That's their dipping ramen, but machine gun style is when it's slightly spicy but so, so, so ridiculously good. It's...

On my last day in Tokyo, I checked out on the hotel and went for last minute shopping around Ginza area, since my flight was late at night. We were quite famished by the time we walked back to our hotel and since it was late in the afternoon, we just walked in and left the shop with happy and full stomach.
◾Spicy dipping ramen - the spicy soup and ramen were served separately. As per Japanese standard, it wasn't too spicy but aromatic with sweetness from the onion. I wish that I could have this all by myself but the one next to me kept on stealing it. ◾Regular char siew ramen - commendable but after having Mugi to Olive's version, I had such a high standard to set. It still has the umami taste in the soup with the tender char siew and onsen egg.
As of most ramen shops in Tokyo, this shop was also quite small and could only accommodate 20 pax at most. This was our final meal in Tokyo and it...
