Caffè Veloce - Ginza 2-chome — Restaurant in Tokyo

I've been in Japan for 2 weeks now and I found this place the hardest to order at for someone who can't speak Japanese.

Although we pointed at the items we wanted on the menu and indicated how much of each item we wanted, it wasn't good enough for us to place our order when everywhere else in japan was fine with this method.

As a result, it took about 5 minutes to complete our order after we had initially placed it. Furthermore, due to the confusion created from the store clerk, we had an item which we ordered be cancelled.

Part of our order was 2 pastas which was served really fast, gievn the price it was not made fresh but it was an inexpensive meal so i get that. Tasted decent, but nothing amazing about it and like most places in japan, was nowhere near being made in a traditional way.

Lastly, I'm not a small person, Whenever I lent my back again the chairs backrest, it felt like the chair...

The iced chocolate, coffee and green tea are all very good (they came with vanilla ice cream on top), it seemed unusual to me to have ice cream and ice in the same concoction but that seems to be the trend in Tokyo. The coffee jelly with ice cream on top is also good. Overall a nice place to enjoy...
