My husband and I stayed at a hotel near Shimbashi station and needed to grab some food after a long day. We decided to pop into this establishment on a whim, and we had a lovely time! Despite our very limited Japanese, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and provided great service. They had an English menu available. We ordered two small sours to start: I got the lemon sour, and my husband got the mango sour; both were refreshing and delicious. We ended up ordering 2 more Jumbo mango sours after our small ones. The cabbage appetizer, which is brought as a part of the table fee, was refreshing after a day of eating fried foods (a lot of these reviews about a "hidden fee" haven't done their research--table fees are common and cover the small plate brought to the table when you sit down). We ordered the horse mackerel sashimi appetizer, which was delicious, and the skillet gyoza, which was crispy, juicy, and amazing. Next, we ordered several rounds of the skewers so we could try a good variety. They were excellent drinking snacks! Our favorites were the bacon wrapped tomatoes and the chicken meatball with plum. As English speaking tourists, we recognize that our presence can sometimes be stressful to staff trying to provide great service through the language barrier--the staff here did an amazing job, and we can't thank them enough for their...
Read moreI had an awful experience at this establishment due to the staff’s behavior. From the moment I sat down, they were insistent about me leaving a review, repeatedly approaching my table while I was eating. The worst part came at the end—when I tried to pay and leave, they outright refused to let me go until I wrote a review in front of them. This level of pressure and intrusion was shocking and completely unacceptable.
The food itself was average, and I was required to order a drink immediately upon sitting down, which felt unnecessary and pushy. On top of that, I was charged a hidden 500 table fee, making the already overpriced meal even more frustrating.
Forcing customers to write reviews and holding them hostage over it is completely unprofessional. I would never return and do not recommend this...

This is the third and popular store. My recommendation is a dynamic alcoholic drink. It ’s big size anyway. Let's order first. I want you to try salty lemon, green tea, and Umeboshi. Please ask the staff to choose your...
