Kabi Kyobashi Branch — Restaurant in Tokyo

Very very bad service ! We came around 8 pm we did asked if we can do take out if they are closed, two womens waitress offer us to sit down and we get told that " its okay , you can sit and eat, not close yet ". We look at the menu, everything seems interesting to try. There was a combo for around 800 yen to 1200 yen, it depend on the side dish. We did asked them if the combo were still available and the waitress said " yes ". They were speaking mndarin and so are we!? We do, thank my god. But they treated us like we were not welcome because we were also asian but different language dialects. So we ordered separately each of us , a combo that cost 1200 yen each. It was a combo with dumpling and pork and vegetable and rice. The pork was greasy and too much black oil on the top and the rice was cold. And the most saddest thing is : they will stare at you , not directly, but in the corner of their eyes and laughing behind their back. What a shame. We , ( me and my friend ) eat fast and then we went for the bill, in the front desk. One of the waitress came with a laughing smile which t looks really fake on her, sat on the chair and started the bill. The bill was split, the bill come up to 1900 yen each. It doesn't make sense, so we asked why. They waitress said that everything * ( what it contains in the combo ) was charged separately and the bill come up to almost 2000 yen. But we wear told before ordering that the combo were still available. So we tried to explains the situation to the cashier ( which was different waitress than the other waitress that took our order and lies to us ). Everyone started discussing between them in manderin. Then finally the cashier make another bill that it come up to 1300 yen. At that moment , we were tired of that place, we just want to go back to hotel and sleep. So we paid the bill and then ....... the waitress asked us ( with a very bad tone ) to leave the TIPS on the table. Since when we have to leave tips in Japan country?? Even we are not Japanese, we respect the culture and rules in Japan land. And then at the end, i askedfor the bill , since there was a JAPANESE CONSUMPTION TAX in every restaurant ( almost) , she landed us the paper that she wrote down our orders. THE BILL doesn't contained restaurant name, adress, nothing was writen, NOTHING !!! Just a small lined yellow paper that she wrote down our orders. THIS IS NOT A BILL , ITS A TAX FRAUD !!! So the waitress can share more tip, together. That's disgusting !!!! What kind of people they are ! That place is a PLACE...

土曜日のお昼に訪問しました。 おすすめランチの中から担々麺＋醤油炒飯を注文しました。 担々麺は刻んだ高菜漬けが入っているようでスープに酸味があります。そこそこ痺れますが辛くはありません。麺はノンフライ麺のような食感でした。 半チャーハンは美味しいです。こっちがメインの方がうれしいくらい。具は玉子、小ネギ、玉ねぎでチャーシューなどは入っていませんがこの美味しさなら関係無いです。 サラダは胡麻ドレッシングがかかっており、野菜は細切りで新鮮さを感じられて美味しいです。杏仁豆腐のようなものは固めでした。 接客はあまりよろしく無く、店員さんを捕まえるのに苦労します。タイミングが悪かったのか注文と配膳が渋滞気味で、実質一人でホールを回りているおじさんが...

平日12時少し前のランチ訪問。 店内は広めだが意外に混雑している。 ランチセット①回鍋肉￥780をオーダー。 提供は素早い。 四川風のためか見た目は辛そうだが味付けはとても薄めで拍子抜け。 卓上の醤油をたっぷりかけたら「ようやく食べられる」までになった。 付け合せ小皿の謎の冷たい焼きそば？はゴムを食しているようで臭みもあり決して美味しく有りませんでした。←久しぶりに飲食店で料理を残しました。 ライスは中華屋的なデフォなのか硬めな炊き上げ。お代わりor大盛りは出来ます。 再訪はもちろん「無し」でしょう。
