1, many items in the menu were not available, you should have crossed them out or inform us when you handed us the menu. 2, the waitress, although was wearing a mask, coughed over our table when she was taking our order. 3, the quality of food vs price, seriously the worse quality eel I've had in Japan.

Definitely NOT worth the money! I would suggest people go elsewhere if they want...

Ordered eel here and one of us noticed the taste was "off" but assumed it was just an issue with the seasoning or preparation. However, ended up with food poisoning that lasted several days. Not recommended due to this food...

ディナーで訪問しましたが、非常に失望しました。正直、星1すら付けたくないレベルです。 まず、このお店が「江戸時代から続く老舗」とは到底思えませんでした。店の雰囲気や従業員の接客態度からは、伝統や品格を感じることは全くできません。 当日は予約なしで17時に伺い、店内には先客がいなかったため、窓際の席に案内されました。ただ、窓の外は工事中で景観が悪く、さらに500円ほどの席料がかかりました。 料理は、鰻重（5,900円）を注文しました。 注文後、店の裏手から聞こえてきたのは、男性従業員による非常に品のない世間話でした。客がいる店内にも関わらず、裏からそのような会話が聞こえてきたことで、一気に食欲が失せてしまいました。 また、私たちには高圧的な態度を取る一方で、年配の客には露骨に媚びへつらう様子が見られました。このような接客では「客を選んでいる」と感じざるを得ず、非常に不快で酷い対応でした。 料理については、注文から10分もしないうちに鰻重が提供され、その時点で嫌な予感がしましたが、残念ながら期待を大きく裏切られる結果となりました。 鰻は、焼き置きをただ焼き直しただけのようです。風味も香ばしさも失われ、身は硬く乾燥していて、パサパサとした食感が際立ち、高級鰻重の価格にまったく見合っていません。 このレベルであれば、チェーン店の方がむしろ良いのではないかと思うほどです。 お店の名声に相応しい料理と接客を期待していただけに、失望感は計り知れません。 これほど失望させられた以上、二度と足を運ぶことはないでしょう。 このお店には行かない方が賢明だと思います。
