Never buying Beams again!

I was shocked by the level of standard from this store. The staff were so rude and judgmental that I would not recommend anyone to this store / brand. Even though we already felt unwelcome (may be due to our look or the way we dressed, not good high-class enough for the store) I decided to try on a jacket. Got to the fitting area, the staff obviously didn’t want to serve me but had to, told me wear this protective sleeve for my head before trying on the jacket. It took me so long to try on the jacket because of the sleeve. On top of that the sleeve made it so hard to see myself properly in the mirror. But what’s worst is that the staff even peaked behind the curtain and chased me to hurry up! What is wrong with the people here?! The clothes aren’t even expensive there. But if Beams really thinks they are a high-end clothing brand they should really train their staff basic manners. Looking cool doesn’t...

I've been interested in the Beams brand for a while now. My previous visit to the Beams Shinjuku store, despite its seven floors, didn't yield any suitable clothing for me. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this particular Beams location, though not as large as the Shinjuku branch, actually has a quite complete selection, especially when it comes to apparel. There were so many great and stylish Beams items here!

The shopkeepers were incredibly friendly and helpful, and unlike some other stores, they allow customers to try on clothes, which is a huge plus. They also have a fantastic women's section and a cool array of accessories. The prices are definitely commensurate with the quality of the products offered. Was not pleased with my experience here. The clothing selections were beautiful but everything runs extremely small. The medium here is a small. And the employees did not make me feel welcomed in the women’s section. I felt like I was being followed. As I’m walking through to view different sections employees were leaving their posts to come to me so there were always two employees watching me. I felt uncomfortable and I felt even worse after none of the clothes fit. Don’t shop here unless you are...
