McDonald's Higashi-Shinjuku Station — Restaurant in Tokyo

Definitely a must whenever you’re in Japan!

This McDonald’s doesn’t have a full menu but then again it is already very small so it just has the essentials.

Some of the choice items worth noting here include: Teritama burger — this is their Japanese rendition of a sausage egg McMuffin except it has teriyaki sauce with it and some lettuce as well. This is absolutely delicious and so worth ordering! Teriyaki McBurger - this is a teriyaki glazed beef burger. Teriyaki Chicken Filet-O - this is a teriyaki glazed chicken patty that’s actually way more delicious than the beef one.

They even have some of the CUTEST happy meal toys ever, including Rilakkuma! Seriously, out of the McDonald’s that I have been to throughout the world, Japan definitely has some of the best dining options.

For those that are dining in this location, it is a 3-story establishment with ordering on the first floor, seats and toilets on the second floor, and more seats with charging outlets on the third floor.

They do speak a decent amount of English for you to order as it is located in a rather busy intersection of Shinjuku and they’ll take credit cards as well in case you’re running...

This McDonalds is NOT open 24 hrs/day. Do not waste your time like me and dozens of others did as they approached this pathetic waste of time of an establishment that apparently cannot update their hours accordingly. If you suck as a business, and cannot make your hours properly known you shouldn’t lie to the public and waste dozens of people’s time as I witnessed first hand. The disappointment and dishonesty of this particular establishment is mind boggling. I watched over 60 people arrive only to be disheveled at the lack of food available at this joke of a restaurant. 角地で、駅前で、昔から便利。が…。 これまで9回来訪のうち8回突然、閉店しました。週1のメンテナンスデーは、近所のマックさんでも他県の出張先でも必ず入り口に貼り紙でその旨を提示して下さっておりますが、この店は必ず毎度それを怠っています。忙しすぎるのでしょう。急に蛍の光が流れ、ご年配の男性店員さんを初め、2、3人がかりでかなり上から「ドア閉まって出られなくなります！」と怒ったように命令口調で客席を巡回します。さすがに最後のほうは慣れて構えるようになりましたが、笑)初回は注文したばかり、席に着いたばかりで驚き残念でした。貼り紙くらいはして頂けるとな、と。大声なのも、日本語の分からない海外の客層のため(近隣にホテル、観光客多し)百歩譲れるとしましても、雰囲気をあきらめるとしてもネット上の閉店時間、マップとの相違には、かなりな不信感。

くれぐれも、このマップの時間を信用なさらない様、お気をつけ下さい。

日・月曜のマックは、もはやメンテナンスデーの認識がちゃんとありますので何店にも出向きません。とすると、この店のそれは、日、月以外だったということですね。

サービス業として、いかがなものでしょうか。

営業時間は、最も顧客信用に差し障ると思います。

他店の方が「絶対、店員さんの気まぐれ」と、言っていましたところ、まさか、こんな大きな会社で個人経営みたいな真似をするとも思えないですが…　もしかしたらあのご年配の店員さん(店長さん？)の態度からすると、あり得るかもしれません💦

もしかしたら、すき家で騒がれた‘物’の出現や、ストック切れ、機械故障、にうっかり８回も当たっただけでしたら、ご容赦下さいませ。🙏

不定閉店だけでもクレームの要因となりますがプラス、あの態度では・・。

身なりも良くないのですから、尚更気をつけた方が良いかと。先輩の背中を見る若い学生アルバイトさんが、その接客を真似されていらっしゃいます。

不思議なことに、学生さんの店員さん方が追い出しに入られるのと、ご年配の方とでは印象がガラッとかわり、そこは、こちら側の差別的意識も良くないですが。

その方が特に大声で、上から目線ですもので。

いわゆるお局？モンスター店員という部類でしょうか。

身だしなみに関してはいっそのこと、1度、すき家騒動でもあればちゃんとするのかなと。

あの件は、すき家さんはきれいになってむしろケガの功名…信頼も回復して良かったと思います。マックさん、そろそろオペレーションを見ていて全店的に危険です。

時々デリバリーも頼みますが、頼む際、濡れた冷たいドリンクを必ず紙袋に入れられます。それは時間が経つと、水分で必ず紙が破けます。夏場は特に。中身が露出して、そんな事、考えれば分かるのですがね？考えるお店では、レジ袋よりひと回り小さなビニールにちゃんと入れてあります。フタも、スタバさんなどは中にラップ、ないし２重蓋構造になっています。

こちらは零すと配達代行の会社さんが悪くなります。

配達員の方がどんなに丁寧に持ち運んで下さっても「ドリンク」ですから。

コストカットも程々に、お願いいたします。

こういう事が相次ぐとマックさんの配達は受けない、という代行会社さんが増え、オーダーだけが冷えて配達員待ちの状態となり、例えばポテトなどはしなびてナゲットは蒸れ、美味しくいただけなくなってしまう。

結果、マック自体の風評が下がります。

信用はお金に変えられないと、個人的には思っております。
