A fabulous coffee bar with a soul ... near Ginza.

They roast and sell their own coffee beans on the ground floor, Jamaican Blue Mountain ... climb up a stairs for a rich, finely tuned yesteryear cafe. WARNING, they ONLY serves Black coffee, none of that latte, cappuccino, and must bring cash ¥¥¥ ... very reasonably priced for the quality that was served ... It's a classic luxurious smoker's haunt ... the kind that my grandpa, opa, engkong loves; slow pace black coffee & cigarettes in the morning and afternoon, while reading your newspaper.

WARNING, if you don't like the strong smell of coffee, cigarettes, and smokes that encapsulated the interior, and your clothes and hair, after ... DON'T GO HERE ... although they have fans and air recyclers going to reduce the cigarette smoke, you won't enjoy the experience ...

If you have a appreciation of the finer "luxurious" things in yesteryear lifestyle, this cafe has an eclectic collection of all the vintage classic, great lifestyle; rich wood interior, furniture, and a very impressive collection of coffee & tea cups fine bone china from all over the world.

Jazz is ON, wonderful relaxing music sound coming from the turntable, McKintosh amplifier, and JBL speakers boxes ... just wonderful vibes and energy, an appreciation of life.

You must love these things to enjoy this cafe; awesome black coffee, the smell of cigarettes and no kids crying, screaming or running around ... and jazz ... no duff duff nor Taylor Swift ... yes, we can all agree that smoking is bad for your health ... so is consuming too much...

This was such a nice little surprise place that we found in Ginza. It was starting to drizzle a little and we wanted to find a nice place to relax and have a cup of team. So we found Mikayoshi just across the intersection as the raindrops were starting to fall.

The bottom level of this place is a takeaway coffee/tea shop and the second level is where the cafe is located. The cafe area is just lovely with a mix of tables and booths for guests. The decor and atmosphere feels upscale but not pretentious, they have gentle music playing through the speakers and it does feel relaxing.

Note: as with a lot of places in Japan, this place allows smoking indoors.

This place does coffee and tea in a very authentic way but not over-the-top way. They treat it with the respect it deserves and even serves it in some very delicate porcelain cups. It’s more than just boiling some water in a kettle and pouring it over a teabag. They use fresh loose leaf tea, heat the water to the optimal temperature, let it steep fo the right amount of time, and then present this delightful cup of wonderful in front of you.

We grabbed a seat at the bar which had a neat view of all their teacups and the baristas working their magic. Complemented our cups of tea with a slice of Japanese-style cheesecake.

The price isn’t the cost of a double-double but you get what you pay for here. The tea tastes of great quality. it’s a great place for a spot of tea and a little time to just breath before the next adventure...

銀座中央通りの端に位置しているため、店内も周辺も比較的静かで、客の回転も比較的ゆっくりであることから、銀座のショッピング帰りにゆったりと利用に最適です。内部は薄暗くて落ち着いており、色の濃い木調の調度品や内装が、心を落ち着かせます。但し、喫茶スペースの二階へ上がるためには階段のみで、且つ二階にもところどころに段差があり、障碍を持つ方、大きな荷物を持つ方には利用しづらいと思います。 ケーキやクッキー等のフードの種類はそこそこ且つ種類も典型的ですが、提供されるコーヒーの豆の種類が豊富。コーヒーだけでも様々な質の高い香りと味を楽しむことが出来ます。これらのコーヒー豆は一階の会計で購入できます。一方で完全分煙ではなく、喫煙者が多い日に来店すると、煙草の匂いが混じって折角の芳醇なコーヒーの香りが台無しになることも。またドリンク・フード共に値段は高め。喫煙者がいない（もしくは少ない）日に行けば贅沢なひと時を過ごせるかもしれませんが、煙草の煙が蔓延していると損と感じるかもしれません。

Because the cafe is located at the end of Ginza Chuo Dori Avenue, the interior and the surrounding are relatively quiet. Rotation of the customer is slow, and it is best to use it for returning from shopping in Ginza. The inside of the cafe is dim, and the dark wood grain of interior and furnishings calm you. However, the way to rise to the second floor of the cafe space is the stairs only. Therefore, it is hard to use people with disabilities or those with big baggages The kind and number of food such as cakes and cookies are not many and ordinary. On the other hand, the kind of coffee is very rich! You may be able to enjoy a variety of high quality aromas and tastes only with coffee. Unfortunately, this cafe is not completely smoke-free. If you visit when there are a lot of smokers, the rich aroma of coffee will be ruined. In addition, both foods and drinks are relatively expensive. If there is no or less smoke, you will have a luxurious time. But if smoke is full, you may feel that...
