🍔 My order: Tobikiri Cheese Burger 690¥ Food 3/5 The burger was alright, very tasty for a burger from a chain of this size, but mediocre compared to burgers in specialized restaurants.

Drinks 5/5 None ordered but served a glass of water anyway, which was a very nice surprise.

Atmosphere 2/5 Very functional and little warmth or decoration, your classic fast food restaurant with attention to the bare minimum.

Cleanliness 5/5 It was exceptionally clean, probably even the cleanest fast food restaurant I have visited so far.

Service 5/5 Very lovely service, especially the elderly lady behind the counter was incredibly nice and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job and interacting with the customers, trying to make them feel as valued and welcomed as she possibly could. She even whipped out what English she could speak to talk to me, which was very kind...

As this was nearby we added it to Happy Cow. We had dinner here on the way back 'home' from the Sky Tree. The plant-based burger is really tasty, as are the fries and juice (we did a large meal set each). While the burgers are quite small, the content is pretty decent - lots of lettuce and a really thick slice of tomato! The service was pretty good too.

Every other Mos Burger location is phenomenal. I ate here twice because all other locations are far from where I live and I was hoping to have a convention place to frequently grab a good burger. But both times the buns were stale and kind of wet, there was hardly any onions, cheese, or sauce, and the meat was off. I ordered the exact same thing both times. Two identical burgers, twice.
