We arrived and saw a guy at the cash register. No, he didn't greet us, just stared at us. We asked for a table for four, and the guy just nodded in the general direction of the table he wanted us to take. After sitting down waiting to be handed menus and utensils, we saw the waiter wandering around the kitchen sorting utensils. Finally after keeping us waiting for a while, the waiter just threw a few towels to our table from across the room, again in complete silence. This act must have been his acknowledgement of our presence.
That was too much for us so we just left. Do yourself a favor and go to Old Delhi a few minutes away. Much better service...

Restaurants in Japan are known for their customer service, this one on the other hand displays the opposite behavior.
