エレベーターで上がって最初に目にするのは、熟成中と記載されたタンの冷蔵庫！これだけ見ると引いてしまう人もいるかもしれませんが、それだけ新鮮で貴重なお肉を頂けると言うこと。個室へ案内され、ゆったりとコロナ禍でも安全に一目を気にせず食事ができます。今回は、コースで初訪問！案内してくれたスタッフさんのおもてなし接客が非常に良かったです。タンの市場について、どれだけ貴重なのか、ウンチクを語ってもらえたのは勉強になり、食事を頂く以外にプラス知識として得られて嬉しかったです。何組かいるようでしたが、ほとんどが個室なので気になりません。そして、お肉はどれも美味でペロッと頂けます。女性でも最後まで楽しめる量かと思います。厚切り牛タンだけは、こだわり焼きがあるとのことで、スタッフさんが対応してくれます。この焼き加減が絶妙！全て美味しく頂けました。

This restaurant specializes in beef tongue! I did not know this upon booking because I was looking for any yakiniku nearby. However the kaiseki experience was amazing. The waiter is not proficient in English but he did his best in explaining each dish and made the experience memorable. Look for Richi Sato if you ever plan to eat here and he will take excellent...

If you are around Ginza, come and try this Japanese BBQ place. Tucked away in a small corner but it's just great food and personalised where each have their own enclosed sitting and bbq stove to slowly cook the food.

I don't eat beef, but my family says the beef is the best they have had thus far.
