Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Mindset
I recently called this restaurant just to check on the availability of certain food items, particularly chapati. Instead of simply confirming the availability, the staff bluntly responded, “Chapati is available, but everything is expensive—check the menu before coming.” This repeated emphasis on the price was completely unnecessary and uncalled for.
My inquiry was about availability, not affordability. The fact that the staff felt the need to stress that their food is “expensive” suggests a very poor and judgmental attitude toward customers. It was as if they were discouraging me from visiting based on assumptions. Is this how a fellow Indian customer is treated?
This experience reflects an extremely negative and arrogant mindset. Politeness, respect, and basic courtesy were completely missing from the interaction. I expected professional behavior, not prejudice or unwarranted commentary on pricing.

Read moreHad the lunch course meal of close to 5000 yen. Although it can be alot, each dish is delicious and packed with flavours. There is two options of wine pairing of the Indian wine or Natural wine. Chef recommended the Indian wine and he is absolutely right. It paired so well with the dishes we had. Most of them are unique, like beet bread, gooseberry. My favourite was the prawn curry and the chai. wow. he called it the real chai, and if so, I only now want to have the real chai. Another shocker is the dessert, cheese ice cream like. I will be dreaming of this, so so good.
Chef is friendly and willing to share about the dishes. Next ill try the lamb chops and prata which are not in the course. Cannot wait to be...
