Spināti un sviests — Restaurant in Riga

I heard about this restaurant from a local while I was exploring Old Town Riga and I just want to say what an absolute find it is.

The aesthetics of the place are unassumingly charming. The service is friendly and wholesome and the food is authentic and delicious with a rotating menu that compliments the culture and the season with fresh ingredients, while providing some of the tastiest Latvian food I had on this trip.

The core concept of delicious, affordable, hearty meals cooked for the everyday people of Riga stands out in a sea of overpriced tourist cafes pushing pasta and Aperol Spritzes.

It just felt incredibly authentic and utterly charming as one of the employees’ young daughter skipped around the place helping clear tables, bringing a youthful energy to a tasty lunch.

Overcharged me for extra. I didn't get a full portion of the sause. But I was charged full price for it. If you noticed I even didn't finish the chicken because of it taste....
