Food is tasty but waitress is a bit substandard and waited long for food. When ordering food, because we took some time & asked questions, waitress looked impatient. If that aside its good experience because food tasty but spoilt also in the end because our crab never came after we already finished our drinks, soup, chicken & veges long time. We enquired 2x and lastly canceled it just they say its ready, but dinner has been ruined!
Cashier also no good attitude and poor service as she rebuked that's bcos people booking in advance. Why cannot improve own service & instead find excuse. If own no problem wouldn't be people already finish eating all dishes & still wait long for one? Takkan many tables all of it people booking advance as i see many many after us being served also. And the pace of serving all dishes already except for one how can u attribute to people already advance book. Its your system. Whatever it is poor 'customer' service! We ordered a bunch of dishes and part of it was steamed fish and snails. For the fish, it was disgusting and unfresh. Texture was literally mashed potato-like and smelt pungent. Better just call it "deconstructed mashed fish" if thats the case. Then, there's the snails that we ordered. Halfway through eating the snails and we found leeches in them?? Excuse me, please clean the things you're preparing. Not to forget we had to call the waiters TWICE to get our plates and rice coming, even then the rice wasnt completely sent across the table. Then another TWO MORE TIMES to get two extra drinks coming after a long LONG WAIT.

Come on~ ) Staff all not wearing mask like 10/10, not following sop, hmm, I think I should lodge a report. Restaurant are very dirty also. Floor are slippery and dirty, the toilet smell is smelly I can even smell from counter side.
