Black Ball — Restaurant in George Town

Super back service 12 Jan 2022 4.38pm I walk inside to the shop and the taller should be the person in charge coz have the 2 staff there. I m the regular customer In blackball u can see my photos there. I hate his services with black manner . Although u busy at least serve customer that waiting for order. I wait for 2 minutes to entertain me then I direct walk out. Super back service hope the boss can look back n take some action of their staff. I hate all season blackball now. If I can spot this guy any of your branch I sure boycott this...

Good tasty desserts but poor service especially taking order and making dessert or drink wrongly. Like hot become cold, sugarless became full of sugar, very rigid menu which are NOT changeable or replaceable. Also if you do not like an ingredient or two, they will NOT increase on other ingredients or replaced in the ordered dessert but suffered to loose out totally of one or two ingredients. We ordered the Durian, Yam, Cincau / Jelly desserts and the Green Tea drink. Dissappointed and sad that the Black Ball workers are NOT properly...

First time having blackball with my family we celebrate mother day a bit early but when we order at blackball the service is very bad because they always talk a lot with their friends instead of serving their customers and this is very bad even my friend work as a mechanic with his friend after they finish repairing customer car then they rest for a while and talk for a while and continue working again compare better than the guys working at blackball at all season...
