I visited this restaurant for a weekend dinner after noticing the positive ratings and social media buzz, partly driven by their promotion of offering free ice kacang for each review. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations. I ordered the lasagna, which I would rate 3/5 for taste. However, the portion size was extremely small, served on a very large plate, which made it look even smaller 😂. My friend ordered the butter rice set, which turned out to be rice heavily soaked in butter; not only was it unappetizing, but it also caused her stomach discomfort afterward. The pasta was another letdown because it was dry and carried an unpleasant sour taste. As for the prawn fritters, they were overly salty, excessively hard in texture, and resembled rempeyek rather than proper fritters. On a more positive note, the drinks, presentation, and dining environment were fairly good, which I would rate 4/5. However, considering the high prices, the poor food quality and taste made the experience unsatisfactory. For improvement, I would recommend adjusting portion sizes to match the pricing, balancing the seasoning to avoid excessive salt or butter, and refining pasta preparation for better texture and flavor. These changes would help the food match the quality of the drinks, presentation, and environment, which are already strong points. Overall, this will likely be my first and last visit unless significant improvements are made. Overall rating: 2/5 ⭐ — with points given only for drinks, presentation, and environment.

It was our first meal upon arriving Georgetown and I was genuinely excited because of the great reviews on Google. Firstly, you should consider fixing your online-ordering platform. My friend and I ordered off of our own phones and naturally, the cart should have reflected what we individuay ordered. Suddenly we got 2 of our drinks and we noticed that we ended up ordering 2 of everything. When I asked your staff why did this happen, their response was: "too much phones. You should order from 1 phone". So I was like fine, we didn't mind the extra drink and your staff came to clarify our orders. Then, the food came. I ordered the Laksa set which came with steamed otak otak (I think), fishballs and friend enoki mushrooms (not in picture). It was lacking of salt and extremely watered down, but it was just ok. Anyway we didn't finish our food because it was not as enjoyable to us. Just to add, if you rate this place with 5 stars, you'll get a free ais kacang. So it was time to leave so I went to the register and asked for the bill (not from the same guy from before), he looked at me from top to bottom and threw the bill across the register to me. It honestly made me feel, "what is your problem actually?" so I made the payment for 58++ for food i didn't even enjoy and the staff with the worst behaviors. I left and didn't care to look at their i-hate-my-job faces. I can forgive the taste of food, but I can't fathom how you let your staff to treat your customer this way. Learn to do better.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Laksa Mana, the newest culinary gem in town, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Having tried their Laksa Lemak, Mixed Laksa, and Matcha Bingsu, I can confidently say that this restaurant is a must-visit for any food enthusiast. The Laksa Lemak was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of coconut milk and spices that left my taste buds dancing. The Mixed Laksa offered a delightful combination of ingredients, showcasing the chef's skill in blending flavors and textures harmoniously. Each spoonful was a testament to the authenticity and quality of the dishes served at Laksa Mana. For dessert, the Matcha Bingsu was a refreshing treat. The finely shaved ice, paired with the delicate matcha flavor, created a perfect ending to an exceptional meal. It's evident that great care is taken in crafting each dish, making the dining experience truly unforgettable. Beyond the delectable food, the service at Laksa Mana was impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that every aspect of our visit was smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant's ambience was another highlight; it’s a welcoming and stylish space, perfect for family gatherings or business meetings. In summary, Laksa Mana is a worthy addition to the dining scene. With its delicious offerings, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it stands out as the best place for laksa and Bingsu in town. I highly recommend giving it a try – you won't be disappointed!
