An absolute nightmare with this place. Let me start by the seating area that is very congested and each table is very close to one another making the access very difficult and uncomfortable. The tables definitely needs to be spaced amongst one another. Next would be their aircond water leakage that drips on my mother that was sitting across me. Imagine dining in and having aircond water leaking upon you. Please get it fixed. Third, I'll definitely have to talk about their staff that is under-trained. I asked for the directions to the washroom but the staff replied that there isn't a washroom in the restaurant. I was in utter shock,what type of food store does not provide washrooms? Apparently it was just the employee that isn't aware of it. How can one slack off that badly? Moving on,I had ordered their rosemary chicken that was undercooked. For the price you offer,you sure as hell should be able to pull off a grilled chicken,but unfortunately,I guess not. Nevertheless,the sauce that came along with it was good. I had also ordered their spicy chicken and it was disappointing.Tasted like diluted tomato puree with lots of sugar making it sweet. Simply unpleasant. Overall,I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they actually took major measures to ensure quality in their food and service. I also appreciate Mr.Abbas for checking in on us at the end of our meal to ask of the food. I hope he makes the necessary changes.
